Shipping Options: Caliber-Supply.com primarily ships through UPS Ground for online orders (No P.O. Boxes) and uses freight carriers for pallet-sized orders.
Cost of Shipping:Costs of shipping are calculated using current quoted UPS shipping rates at checkout, plus an additional 5% of the shipping costs to cover packaging materials, handling, and/or sales taxes on shipping costs (AZ and ID). For pallet orders, costs are calculated by current competitive freight broker rates. Additional fees for lift-gate service may be incurred for pallet delivery to locations without a loading dock or forklift.
Duration of Shipping: Most orders arrive within 5-7 days of shipping. You will be notified when your order ships (usually within 1 business day of order being placed) and an email containing carrier's information and tracking number(s) will be included in that email message.
Handling Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day - 24 hours - of the order being placed. (the following Monday if orders are placed on Sat. or Sun.). Bulk/quantity/pallet orders may require additional time for processing and shipment. Call for shipping estimates on pallet orders.
Restrictions: Online orders will only ship to business/residential addresses, no Post Office boxes within the United States.
